OUR EXPERTISE
Strategic Homeless Response
& Encampment Management
A strategic homeless response requires both urgency and compassion, grounded in the reality of where people are today while building pathways towards stability.
We help jurisdictions design and implement practical, scalable, and sustainable response strategies that reduce harm, improve safety, and create real options out of homelessness for people experiencing homelessness.
THE CHALLENGES
WE SEE
HOW WE
CAN HELP
Identify common ground, and build pathways that move all stakeholders toward shared success
Assess a community's existing response and capacity; including internal capacity of the funding agency
Design a range of unique interventions that stabilize individuals while reducing unmanaged encampments
Create a "system of flow" : collaborate with local partners and design a phased approach to transition households to long-term housing strategies
Support with implementation - not just planning
Respond to community's emergency needs
